By creating an account and using AI400 MedOpinion, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this service.
AI400 MedOpinion provides AI-assisted analysis of medical images and documents for informational purposes. The service uses the AI400/MedTiger vision model to generate analysis reports. These reports do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
AI-generated analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. AI400 MedOpinion and Ford Business Software Group expressly disclaim all liability for any medical decisions made based on AI analysis outputs. Always seek professional medical evaluation for any health concern.
You are responsible for: providing accurate account information; using the service only for lawful purposes; not using AI analysis as a substitute for professional medical care; understanding the limitations of AI-generated medical analysis; and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Credits are non-refundable except in cases of system failure. Credits do not expire. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers with PCI-compliant infrastructure.
The AI400 MedOpinion platform, AI400/MedTiger model, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Ford Business Software Group. Analysis reports generated by the AI are provided for your personal use.
Ford Business Software Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this service, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated medical analysis.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting support@ai400.co.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
