We collect: your email address, name, and phone number for account management; medical images and documents you upload for analysis; your medical profile information you voluntarily provide; analysis results generated by our AI system; and payment transaction records.
Your data is used exclusively to provide the AI400 MedOpinion service: to perform AI analysis of your uploaded medical images, to provide contextual analysis using your medical profile, to maintain your analysis history, and to process credit transactions. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond service delivery.
All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections. Data at rest is protected with AES-256 encryption. Uploaded medical images and analysis results are stored in a secured, access-controlled environment. We conduct regular security audits and follow industry best practices for medical data protection.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal or medical data with any third party, advertiser, or data broker. Your medical data is never used for AI training without explicit written consent. The only exception is if required by valid legal process.
Your account data and analysis history are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@ai400.co. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
You have the right to: access a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent for data processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Submit requests to privacy@ai400.co.
Medical images and reports uploaded to AI400 MedOpinion are handled with the highest level of confidentiality. This data is processed by our AI system and stored securely for your reference. It is not shared with healthcare providers, insurers, employers, or any other party without your explicit consent.
